Refund & Return Policy — Novoma
Your Right to Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This right is granted under Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@novomsia.com or call +33 4 72 74 44 30 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CET). Please provide:
Your order number and purchase date
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Photographs of the product
The reason for your return
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions, including the return address.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in original packaging. Products that have been opened or whose seals have been broken cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by. Instructions will be included in our response to your return request.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days. If the return meets our conditions, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 8 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Notification
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days of our notification, please contact us.
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us immediately at info@novomsia.com. If the order has not yet left our facility, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it under the terms above.
